When I first thought about trying artificial nails, I have to admit I wasn't expecting to even remotely like them. But, after trying the press-on version in several colors, I have to say I was truly IMPRESSED!

For me, it took maybe 20-25 minutes to get my nails prepped and apply the artificial nails.

The hardest part for each of us at Jonquil Beauty was finding the right size for each finger. Turns out it works best if you select a nail that is the same as or a little smaller than the width of your natural nail.

The artificial nails, when prepped and applied properly (press for about 5-10 seconds), stick tight and fit snugly to the width of your natural nail.

This press-on version lasted me about three to four days without any nails popping off or sliding around. I found that even at the three to four day mark, if you re-apply the nail and use a hair dryer to heat the glue back up the nail actually stuck back on pretty well. As with all artificial nails you have to remember, these are not your natural nails and to treat them kindly.

Best of all, we found that you can achieve a high-quality manicure at home in less time and effort than driving to your local nail salon! And for press-on nails there is a large selection of choices so you are sure to find nail colors and trends you like, if not love! To Apply: Before every application, nails must be free of other polish/gels/acrylics, and prepped with the Prep Pad enclosed in the nail manicure packet. imPRESS should be applied to clean, natural nails. If you lose your Prep Pad you can use a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol to prep the natural nail for the best adhesion.

imPRESS nails stay on without glue, are made with a new patented SuperHold adhesive, which uses imPRESS' exclusive dual-layer technology where the top layer binds to the artificial nail and the bottom layer adheres to your natural nail for stay-put perfection!

To Remove: Gently peel off the nail from the side to remove the nail tip. If your imPRESS nails seem really 'stuck', apply acetone nail polish remover around edges, wait 1 minute, then peel off. You can use the handy wood stick enclosed in your imPRESS nail manicure packet to help lift the imPRESS nail tip at the sides.
