Nail Caps on Cats (Review)

We got these great nail caps for our household kitty, Caramel.
Caramel is a 9-year old orange tabby and as much as she doesn't exactly enjoy the process of putting on these nails, it is completely manageable since she puts up with it pretty well :). We chose a Christmas theme to complete her look and once the caps are glued on snugly they last for about 28 days (in most instances) or until her nails naturally shed. The best way to apply these cat nail caps is to trim the cat's nails slightly and after you pick out your preferred nail colors from the pack, fill each cap half-full with what equates to basically a super-glue adhesive. I do this one nail at a time with the assistance of a family member or friend holding kitty sweetly in their arms. These caps act as a safeguard against clawing on your furniture but also give the cat a sense of actually being able to scratch on their scratching post. Also, since they don't cover the part of the nail that retracts, they feel natural for your pet and cause no harm.
