At Jonquil Beauty, we recently had the chance to try this ORLY TOP2 BOTTOM Basecoat and Topcoat!
It exceeded expectations in that it is very easy to apply, is not a thick consistency, is not sticky like a lot of nail primers are but does the job well as a Basecoat and leaves a beautiful shine as a Topcoat!!
We'd recommend this product to anyone doing their own nails at home.
